I found dealing with Trevor to be very easy and comfortable with no pressure.  I actually felt for the first time in my 20+ new car purchase life over 45+ years, that I did not walk away with a feeling of a baseball bat up where the sun doesn’t shine (crude but true!) and that fact will be very important when considering my next purchase, likely for my spouse, in the next year or two.  There was no pressure to close the deal, which was great from my perspective!  He was genuinely interested in my after purchase experience and continues to follow up on occasion on my satisfaction.  I really appreciate his manner and demeanor.  Thank you, Trevor.

The sales experience of purchasing my first new car (a 2014 Tucson) went brilliantly with Robert Koonin. I had a number of questions about pricing and safety features, and Robert was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the buying process. We priced out the exact model that I was interested in and, after adding all of the extras, we still came in under budget. I appreciated Robert's candor and consideration; receiving a phone call an hour after leaving the dealership with my new vehicle asking how it handled and if I had any additional questions or concerns really stood out and emphasized Robert's excellent customer service. I'll definitely be recommending Hyundai Gallery and Robert to my friends and family. Thank again!

After a less than satisfying visit to another Calgary dealership I walked into Hyundai Gallery looking for a 2014 Santa Fe Sport for my wife. I was greeted by Ryan (salesman) who was very helpful answering all my questions. He provided me with the information I requested including the asking price of the vehicle. Being as he was out of the office the following day, he introduced me to Jarett, one of the sales managers. I talked over the information with my wife and called Jarrett for a meeting the following day. He was very accommodating and helpful in reaching an agreement on the vehicle and final pricing. My wife was very impressed with the service and professionalism of all the people involved in this new purchase. Thanks to all involved for making this so easy. Jack

Despite, not buying a car from Hyundai, I had a very pleasant experience with Claudia. She was friendly and patient. Showed me all inventory, was willing to accommodate my needs and requests. If you go to Gallery, please go to her, she will give you her best!

I recently purchased a 2015 Tucson, trading in my old Tucson, and am very happy with the people at Hyundai Gallery and the vehicle! Curtis, Jarrett and the others were friendly, professional and fair. They made the whole experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend buying from them. I have had a Tucson for many years and love it, wouldn't buy anything else.

Bought a new car 3 weeks ago, got a flat tire because there was air leaking between the tire and the rim, they're making me pay for a new tire. Not supposed to put more than $200 on your car after only 3 weeks for a problem that was caused by them.

Once we thought about second car for commuting, had few cars to be compared, came across Claudia Park as sales person who treated me & my wife very comfortable with dealing. Afterwards, there was a little hard situation for finance due to another car loan on me. A finance manager, Mike Vernon, was very helpful. Eventually, we were approved, enjoy driving 2014 Elantra. We are still on cloud 9 after purchasing our 2013 limited edition Elantra from Hyundai Gallery thru the "best ever" salesman, Robert Koonin. The smooth drive, power seats [for Glorias back] and sun roof [for ken!] , and all of the other awesome features are making this car a dream come true for us! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and recently we dealt with the service department [Louis}when our previous Elantra was serviced and the amazing thorough service we got then was a big reason for choosing Hyundai gallery in the first place.I can't speak highly enough about this Elantra or the Hyundai Gallery people.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS in April of 2014. My whole experience at Hyundai Gallery was a very pleasant one. My Sales Representative, Mr. Robert Koonin, was very personable, charismatic, informative, and answered every question that I had about the Elantra and explained every feature of the car when we went for a test drive. All the staff that I was introduced to, in the parts, service, finance office and sales departments, were very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new car....the Elantra GLS is awesome and so is the Dealership. A big thank you to everyone there :-)

I'm happy for the rest of you but my dealings with the service department have been less than pleasant. They ignore one on arrival, preferring to continue whatever computer work they are doing. My vehicle went in on Monday am because of a shot water pump. No loaner offer even after stating I needed it for work. No expression of urgency. Phone calls not returned. By Wednesday I still didn't have my car but I did have an estimate that was astronomical. After checking another mechanic, found out repairs would be half the cost. When I called Hyundai to state I would pick up my car - they could suddenly lower the price by $400.00! Really?....really? Bob, do your customers a favor and make eye contact when they walk up to the desk. WE pay your paycheck!

I was over the moon when my Veloster was ready for me to collect. I couldn't believe that it all happened so quickly. From the first moment I dealt with Robert (Koonin) I knew that I was in safe hands. No pressure just good, honest service and knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Everything went very smoothly with everyone that helped us in the dealership. Their efficient service still continues after I now have my new addition - nothing seems to be too much trouble. "Had taken a few cars out for test drives and felt pressured by the sales reps. When I walked into this dealership, Ryan was professional, not pushy, and when we came close to a deal, Ryan introduced me to the Trevor (the Mgr) who said, "what can we do to get your business" which made the deal for me. Other dealerships I went to made me feel like they were doing me a favor but Ryan and Trevor made me feel like it was my car needs that were important here not just "A Sale". Then before the deal was completed my car died and Trevor came through by not backing out of the trade in price quoted and by lending me one of their cars til mine came in. "We had a great salesman. He explained everything to me about what the Tucson & Santa Fe had to offer. I test drove both, but bought the Santa Fe. Once it was ready for pick up, he explained everything, including the XM satellite. He even matched up my cell phone to the Bluetooth. Also, the Sales Manager was very helpful and made sure that our salesman was taking care of us. My driver's side reading lamp burnt out within the first 24 hrs, so I had to take that in the following day to get fixed. Everything went really well and I even bought some extra things at the parts department and they were very helpful as well. It’s a great relaxing experience at Hyundai Gallery and no pressure involved when trying to make a purchase. I plan on driving my Santa Fe until it's no longer safe or not worth fixing. Which then I would probably just get another Santa Fe."
